Conditions to be added to the lease: 1. Tenant must comply with all building rules 2. Tenant must keep the unit clean at all times 3. Damages caused by neglect and abuse will be the responsibility of the tenant 4. Tenant may not paint any rooms without the landlord's consent 5. A $250 security deposit for the remote control and entry chip must be given to the landlord. 6. Tenant is responsible for paying for lost keys; The tenant may not change the lock on the rented unit. 7.
